What is the topic for this year’s Summer Camp?
This year’s topic is Athithi Seva

How many batches?
We have batches in the month of May: May 1-12 & May 15-26. The content is the same for all
batches, so a student can choose ANYONE batch based on their convenience of the dates.

How long is the program?
The program for each batch lasts for 10 days, with 1.5-2 hour interac6ve online sessions every
day (except Saturdays & Sundays).

What time slots and which day of the week is the program offered?
Depending on each teachers’ availability, the 6me slots vary. All the sessions are offered for 10
days (Monday through Friday). Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.

What is the content & course material?
1. For Bhakta Prahlad group (6-12 years), the program will include the following:
Stories, Bhajans, Slokas, Art & Cra[, Quiz and Ac6vi6es, non-fire cooking, and Aarthi.
The Krishna club program (13-17 years) will include stories, discussions,
debates, dumb charades, role-plays & Just-a-minute (JAM)
sessions and games.
2. Class material will be provided in the form of pdfs, audio, and videos.
3. Live interac6ve sessions will be conducted for 1.5 hours over the 10-day period of the
program.

What will be the mode of teaching?
Some sessions will be online and offline sessions are available in select areas of Chennai. Online
classes will happen on google meet pladorm. The sessions will be conducted by trained and
experienced teachers- who are volunteers of ISKCON Chennai.

In what languages are the sessions conducted?
The sessions will be conducted in English or Tamil.

Are the Tamil language classes given in spoken style?
The Tamil language classes will be in commonly spoken-style with some English words mixed.

How much is the fee?
Registration should be done separately for each child. The fee for the course is Rs. 1200/- per
student.
NOTE: If registering for siblings, use the coupon SIBLING to avail of a discount of Rs. 200 in the
subsequent booking. The sibling discount CANNOT be used
while registering the first child or cousins.
Is there a Sibling Discount?
While registering for a second or third child (siblings), use the coupon SIBLING to avail of a
discount of Rs. 200 during the subsequent booking. The sibling discount CANNOT be used while
registering for first child/ cousins/ friends.

What will happen once I register for the course?
Once you register with us, and choose your time slot and language:
1) You will receive a confirmatory email about the booking and details about the sessions.
2) You will be assigned to the teacher, whose batch you have selected.
3) The individual teacher will also add you to a WhatsApp group for interac6on.
4) All study materials will be posted in the WhatsApp group.
5) For online students Google Meet link for the live sessions will be sent in the group.
In case you don’t receive a confirmatory email or are not added to a WhatsApp group at least
one day in advance, kindly email us @ iskconchennaionline@gmail.com or call the helplines
(given below).
How big is the class size and will personal attention be given?
We are limi6ng the class size to 20 students per teacher. This is to provide individual ajen6on
to your child.

Where will course materials be posted?
The course materials will be posted in the WhatsApp group.

Will there be any offline homework?
For online Bhakta Prahlad group, the art & cra[ must be done at home following the videos
that we provide. Also, some fun-filled ac6vi6es will be provided to be done at home, offline.
For physical students art and cra[ will be done at the class. The materials required will be told
by the teacher a day in advance.
For Online and Physical Krishna Club students, preparatory homework for class ac6vi6es may
be given.

Will I be able to change my time slot/ language/ teacher?
No once you have registered for your 6me slot it cannot be changed. So, we request you to
carefully select your slot by men6oning the right code.

Do you provide any certificates?
All the students will be given an e-cer6ficate at the end of the course.

What is the last date to register?
We have a limited number of seats only. So, book as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
Bookings are open on first-come-first-serve basis only.
